When you book, use the chat, or contact us, we may collect:
Renters must be at least 18. License and insurance documents must belong to the person who will tow the trailer or operate the equipment.
Driver's license and insurance files are stored in a private database storage bucket so we can verify the renter. They are not posted on the public website and are not available as public downloads.

This website does not take card numbers. If we accept your booking, we send an invoice link by email or text. Card payment is handled by that invoice processor, not on 3mtrailerrental.com.
The website chat is so you can ask questions before or during a booking. Chat messages are retained for up to 90 days.
The site also uses basic analytics (page views and performance) so we can see what is broken. That is not used to sell ads.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers needed for payments, hosting, storage, chat automation, and data processing. We may also share information if the law requires it.
We keep booking records, including driver's license and insurance files, until you ask us to delete them. We may keep records when there is an active rental, a dispute, or a legal, accounting, or record-retention requirement.
Email cody@3mtrailerrental.com or call 252-622-7921 to ask what we have on file or to request deletion. Official written notices can also be sent by text to that number. We will need enough information to find your records (usually name and phone). Rental agreements are on the terms and contracts page. If this policy and a signed contract disagree, the signed contract controls for that rental.
